By buying on this website you automatically accept the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read through the terms carefully before you act.

PURCHASE OF GOODS

Once you have selected the items you want and placed them, please fill out your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a unique order number. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. You receive your final order confirmation and receipt once the payment is approved.

PAYMENT

At GÈMEAUX, you can pay by 3d-secured credit cards such as Dankort, VISA /
Dankort, EURO / MASTERCARD.

All prices at GÉMEAUX are stated in DKK including 25% VAT, Import taxes and duties are responsibility of the customer.

There will be charged no additional taxes nor custom duties for articles shipped to
countries within the European Union. The following countries are members of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus (South
Cyprus only), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. G is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where shipment is made to. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.


SAFETY

The safety of your information is a top priority for us. All communication between your payment and our payment gateway is encrypted. GÉMEAUX nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during your purchase. At GÉMEAUX your personal contact information is a 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can get access to it.

SHIPPING METHODS

Pre-orders and few limits items on our website are our way to ensure we sell what we produce. By taking your order first and starting production afterwards, we avoid overstock and eliminate waste. Your pre-order will be handled exactly as a normal online order, with the exception that we will not be able to ship it the day after. Each pre-order window has its own delivery date. We will keep you updated on the progress of your specially made pieces and inform you when we have shipped your items.

Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on shipping country and are insured against theft and accidental damage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything you order from us at gemeaux.dk If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your order, you can return within 14 days of receipt.

GÉMEAUX does not cover return and exchange expenses nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at gemeaux.dk When sending back from outside Europe pls make sure to enclose the invoice and add the parcel is a return. GÉMEAUX does not cover any customs charge on refunds.

As soon as we have received a returned article it will undergo a quality control check according to our Return and Exchange Policy (see below). All approved returns will be credited to the card used for the purchase. GÉMEAUX only credits the card used for the purchase in order to limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please note that returns and exchanges which do not meet our Return and Exchange Policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive an order to return or exchange it.

GÉMEAUX does not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. All articles must be returned including original GÉMEAUX tags and any additional packaging attached – including tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc. All articles must be returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered. We recommend that all articles are returned as packages in order to ensure safe arrival and tracking availability. Please note that damaged or soiled articles will not be accepted but be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.

We do not recommend using Post Nord as return as the parcel often will be assigned to a drop off post office and we are not able to collect parcels outside of the warehouse.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of return and exchange articles until their package has been returned to us at the address above. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to GÉMEAUX. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN DENMARK

As soon as we have processed your return or exchange you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles) you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days from we receive the returned parcel.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OUTSIDE DENMARK

GÉMEAUX does not cover return and exchange expenses internationally nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at gemeaux.dk

For international costumers we recommend using FedEx, DHL or UPS to make sure that they are protected and ensured during transit. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles) you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days from we receive the returned parcel.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FROM UK

Please note that due to Brexit, it’s important you indicate on the package that you are sending to a company, and not a private person, by marking the package: Gémeaux Returns. We’re still getting to grips with the new requirements, so if you do experience any problems, please contact our Customer Service at info@gemeaux.dk

CLAIMS

All articles are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods Law, giving customers 24 months to file a complaint on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects or deficiencies that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects, deficiencies or wearing are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or by regular wear and tear the right to complaint is rejected.

PRIVACY

We want to reassure you that your data is safe with us so you can truly enjoy your shopping experience. Our treatment of your personal information is in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law of the European Union. We continuously review and update previous policies to keep your data safe and fully confidential. GÉMEAUX only provides your information to third parties when they are our partners.

Currently, the main processors of data collection related to GÉMEAUX are the following: WordPress (the platform that powers our website and online shop), Stripes (payment processor), Instagram, Facebook (Pixel) for marketing use), and Google (our main tool for organization). Any information entered on GÉMEAUX is encrypted and secure.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

GÉMEAUX collects and stores your information only when necessary. This happens when you actively provide us with your personal data (for example when you buy something in our online shop or sign up to the newsletter). Of course, we only collect and store name, address, email address, and other information so we can deliver our service to you and never to sell it to third parties. Whenever we collect and store data such as your IP-address, information on the traffic of our website and cookies, we only use this for the purpose of getting to know our customers so we
can improve our business, we use the information for statistics in order to optimize the functionality of our website and business.

CHANGING OR DELETING INFORMATION

We use cookies for overall purposes of functionality, web statistics, sales, and marketing. The functional cookies ensure that our online store works the way we need it to so you can use it: placing items in your cart, paying for your purchase, and so on. None of your personal information is saved and the cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is shut down. The cookies our partners use enable us to see things like which of our pages are visited and where that traffic comes from. We use this information to work out the best user experience and for marketing campaigns.
